Returns & Exchanges

At Graedance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Graedance boxes and include all tags and protective materials to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
